Tags provide an aspect and defining role in content management.   Items are tagged with keywords, simultaneously defining, linking, categorizing and commenting content.

Items--an item is any independently manipulable resource--may be tagged with zero or more descriptive terms.

Tags may be displayed with resources marked on that tag.
