Certain resources will require access stamping and classification.   Sensitive topics and negotiations may be accessible on a need-to-know basis, and while rollbacks are always available, some pages should not be edited by all viewers.   MiniWiki may be extended to enable these sorts of cloak and dagger rules--but they are not necessary from the outset.
